Julia Business OS incorporates and interoperates with third-party and open-source software. Each such component remains governed by its own licence. Where a component's licence conflicts with Momentum's commercial terms for that component, the component's own licence controls.
Momentum Digital Labs Ltd claims no ownership of third-party or open-source software. Momentum's charges relate to its own orchestration, interfaces, workflow logic, integration, configuration, provisioning, automation, hosting and support.
The components used across Julia Business OS are distributed under the following licence types:

Where a licence requires attribution, notice, availability of source, or the reproduction of a disclaimer, Momentum complies with that obligation as applicable to the component and the manner in which it is distributed.
Individual component names and versions are not published here. The specific composition of the system — which components are used, and how they are combined and orchestrated — is treated as confidential and as a trade secret under the Master Platform Terms.
A full component list is available on request, including to satisfy an open-source licence obligation, a procurement review, or a security assessment. Write to legal@momentumdigital.app.
Requests made in order to satisfy an obligation under an open-source licence — for example a request for corresponding source under GPL-2.0 or GPL-3.0 — are honoured without conditions, and are not subject to any confidentiality undertaking.
Except to the extent expressly permitted by an applicable open-source licence or by a signed agreement, Customer receives no right to extract, redistribute, sublicense or self-host any third-party component obtained through the Services.
