You must not use the Services to violate law or third-party rights; commit or facilitate fraud; impersonate others unlawfully; distribute malware; obtain unauthorised access; bypass security, limits or metering; unlawfully harvest data; perform unauthorised surveillance; extract secrets or credentials; infringe intellectual property; manipulate referrals, credits, billing or payment systems; or conduct prohibited high-risk autonomous activity.
You must not deliberately overload, stress, probe, disrupt or interfere with the Services except under an expressly authorised security-testing arrangement.
You must not use another tenant's data, credentials or permissions without lawful authorisation.
Momentum may investigate suspected abuse and may restrict, suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance or protection of other users and systems.
