Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the products and services provided by Momentum Digital Labs Ltd ("Momentum", "we", "us"), a company registered in England & Wales (company number 17077364), with its registered office at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our service

Momentum provides an AI orchestration platform that helps you run multiple artificial-intelligence tools together for your business. Our platform connects to third-party AI providers using credentials you supply (the "Bring Your Own Key" model). We provide the software that coordinates these tools; we do not resell the underlying AI providers' services.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when you register and keep it up to date. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account and for keeping your login details secure. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

3. Subscriptions and payment

• Our services are offered on a recurring subscription basis. Current plans and prices are shown on our website and within the app.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. By subscribing, you authorise us (through that provider) to charge your chosen payment method.
• You connect and pay for your own third-party AI provider accounts directly; those costs are separate from your Momentum subscription.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our services to break the law, to send spam, to infringe others' rights, to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer our systems, or to generate harmful, deceptive, or abusive content. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Your content and data

You keep ownership of the content and data you provide. Because of our Bring-Your-Own-Key model, your AI usage and much of your data flow through your own provider accounts, under your control. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Service availability

We work to keep our services available and reliable, but we provide them "as is" and cannot guarantee they will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are an early-stage company and our platform continues to evolve.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Momentum is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Cancellation and termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Please see our Refund Policy for details on refunds. We may suspend or end accounts that breach these Terms.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you.
