Refund Policy

Last updated: 30 June 2026

We want you to be happy with Momentum. This policy explains when you can get a refund on your subscription with Momentum Digital Labs Ltd.

1. Subscriptions

Our services are billed as recurring subscriptions. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. After cancelling, you will not be charged again, and you keep access until the period you already paid for ends.

2. 14-day cancellation right

As a new subscriber, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund — as long as you have not started consuming digital content that is delivered immediately.

Our Academy lessons and premium AI content are digital content. When you begin watching a lesson or using premium content, you expressly agree that delivery has begun and that you thereby waive your 14-day cancellation right for that content. If you have not accessed any Academy lesson or premium content, your 14-day right remains fully intact.

3. Consumed content & renewals

Once you have accessed Academy lessons or premium content, or once a renewal period has started, payments for that period are non-refundable, except where required by law. If you do not wish to renew, please cancel before your renewal date. If a renewal charge was clearly made in error, contact us and we will look into it fairly.

Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are also subject to those platforms' own refund policies, which are managed directly by Apple and Google.

4. Third-party AI costs

Because Momentum uses a Bring-Your-Own-Key model, any amounts you pay directly to third-party AI providers are billed by those providers, not by us, and are outside the scope of this policy. Your Momentum subscription fee is separate from those costs.

5. How to request a refund

Email us at julia@momentumdigital.app with the email address on your account and a short note about your request. We aim to respond within a few business days.

6. Your statutory rights

This policy is in addition to any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law, which it does not limit.
