This Privacy Policy explains how Momentum Digital Labs Ltd ("Momentum", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your personal information. We are the data controller for the personal data described here.
Momentum uses a "Bring Your Own Key" model. This means your AI requests run through your own third-party provider accounts using credentials you supply. Those credentials are used to connect to your providers and are not sold or shared. Much of your AI activity therefore stays under your direct control with the providers you choose.
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business (such as our payment processor and email provider), and only as needed to deliver our services, or where required by law.
We keep your personal data for as long as your account is active. If an account stays inactive for 90 days, the associated personal data (name, email, phone) is automatically scheduled for deletion. You may also ask us to delete your account data at any time, and we will do so within a reasonable period unless we are legally required to keep certain records.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to object to certain processing, or to request a copy of your data. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe and to limit access to it.
Our services are not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
