Most businesses this size run on a spreadsheet, a phone and a good memory, and they run well — until the memory is on holiday, the spreadsheet is open on two laptops, and the customer is standing at the counter. What Julia adds is not intelligence. It is one copy of the truth that everybody is looking at.
