Julia Business OS is a business orchestration and operations platform. It connects systems, workflows, AI providers, documents, AI workers and human teams into one coordinated operating environment.
Julia may automate and autonomously perform actions within the permissions, policies, thresholds and workflows configured by the Customer or its authorised administrators.
AI-generated or AI-assisted outputs may be incorrect, incomplete, outdated, misleading or unsuitable. The Customer remains responsible for reviewing outputs and deciding whether and how they are used.
Professional, regulated, legal, financial, accounting, tax, employment, medical, safety-critical and other high-impact decisions require appropriate qualified human review.
The Setup & Activation Fee compensates Momentum for provisioning, orchestration initialization, company configuration, workflow mapping, role setup, system and provider connections, security baseline configuration and related activation work.
Once real provisioning, configuration or activation work has commenced, the Setup & Activation Fee becomes non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise.
A click on a PWA or application link by itself does not constitute commencement of setup work. The trigger is the recorded commencement of actual provisioning or configuration.
Founder pricing is USD 49.99/month for the first 1,000 qualifying paying organisations, with Setup & Activation of USD 99.99 one time unless otherwise stated at checkout or in an applicable Order. The Founder price remains available for the commercial lifetime of Julia Business OS as operated by Momentum Digital Labs Ltd while the qualifying subscription remains continuously active and in good standing.
Standard pricing is USD 99.99/month, with Setup & Activation of USD 199.99 one time unless otherwise stated at checkout or in an applicable Order.
Julia may coordinate CRM, accounting, ERP, HR, Fleet, Documents, AI providers, APIs, communications, notifications, workflows and other authorised connected systems. Connected systems remain independent services and may have their own terms and availability limits.
Momentum’s fees are for Momentum’s orchestration, software layer, interface, provisioning, workflow, integration, automation and related services. Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their own applicable licences and terms.
Except where mandatory law provides otherwise, cancelling a Julia Business OS subscription stops future renewal but does not create a refund entitlement for Service periods already supplied or commenced.
Momentum may voluntarily provide a full refund, partial pro-rata refund, credit or service extension when appropriate. Such goodwill remedies are discretionary and do not establish a contractual right or precedent.
The Customer controls whether and how Julia outputs, recommendations, automations and connected-system actions are used. Material financial, legal, tax, employment, medical, safety, compliance and other high-impact matters require appropriate human review.
AI and automated systems can make mistakes. Julia Business OS does not replace regulated professional advice.
Momentum may improve, replace, reorganise or discontinue individual features, models, integrations and supporting components as the Service evolves, provided this does not override rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Nothing in this EULA removes statutory rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or waived.
Julia may select among Customer-authorised AI providers and models according to task requirements, capability, quality, risk, latency, availability, jurisdiction and estimated provider cost.
Julia may create, adapt, select and reuse task-specific prompt templates. Customer credentials, API keys, passwords and other secrets are not stored in the Prompt Vault and must remain in the Secure Secret Vault or other approved credential storage.
Raw model sampling parameters such as temperature are controlled by Julia and are not exposed as unrestricted Customer controls. Customer-facing modes may express business intent such as Fast, Balanced, Creative or Deep, but safety, compliance and task requirements take priority.
Where Julia does not already have a suitable workflow template, Julia may ask the Customer questions about the Customer's organisation, roles, processes, approvals, systems, exceptions, communications and mobile requirements in order to prepare a Customer-specific workflow and PWA configuration for Customer review.
Customer-specific workflows remain part of the Customer's Configuration.
Participation in Founder feedback and product-improvement programmes is optional. Momentum will not publish or reuse Customer-identifying workflow content as a template for other organisations without appropriate permission.
Where the Customer expressly opts in, Momentum may use approved, anonymised and generalised workflow patterns and feedback to improve Julia and create reusable sector or process templates, provided that credentials, secrets, personal data and Customer-identifying confidential information are excluded.
Julia may suggest potentially suitable business referral candidates from Customer-authorised sources and lawful business information. Suggestions are recommendations only. Julia does not guarantee conversion or reward qualification, and no referral invitation is sent without the Customer's approval unless a separately authorised lawful workflow applies.
Payment, account creation, login, downloading or opening Julia, using Demo Mode, opening a PWA, or accepting the legal documents does not by itself start provisioning or make the Setup & Activation Fee non-refundable.
After payment and completion of the Activation Intake, Julia clearly displays the Setup & Activation refund status before the customer selects Start my setup.
Selecting Start my setup is the customer's express instruction to begin real provisioning, configuration and activation work. From recorded commencement of that real work, the Setup & Activation Fee becomes non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise.
No additional setup checkbox is required. The legal package is accepted through the applicable single unticked legal acceptance control, while Start my setup is the separate operational instruction to commence provisioning.
